Watering Seeds

Blossoming Heart Sangha met today in person and we had tea and a check in, sitting meditation, walking meditation, read from “Reconciliation: healing the inner child” by Thich Nhat Hanh, then we had working meditation while we weeded and planted some flowers and we discussed the reading and had unconventional Dharma sharing while we worked. We have named the tent the “Chipmunk Meditation Tent” because we had a chipmunk that wanted to join us right in the middle of sitting meditation. We had a Pileated Woodpecker fly by, neighborhood children visit Ben during working meditation, and a cat that really liked Llora. It was a wonderful way to nourish and water the Sangha in a literal way. It was wonderful to be able to meet in person and there is space in the tent for others to join us. We will be meeting again August 4th in person depending on the weather, time to be determined when we get closer.
